A space to come back to your voice, your worth, and your inner power... not by striving to become someone new, but by gently uncovering what has always been there.
No Limits Living offers a grounded, compassionate approach to empowerment and healing, rooted in deep listening, nervous system awareness, and the wisdom of natural cycles. This is not about fixing yourself... because you were never broken. It’s about creating the conditions where clarity, self-trust, and strength can naturally return.
Many of us have learned to silence ourselves in order to belong. We adapt, accommodate, over-give, and doubt our inner knowing... often losing touch with who we really are along the way. No Limits Living exists to support that turning point: when you begin to listen inward, honour your boundaries, and choose yourself with kindness.
Here, empowerment is not loud or forceful.
It is steady. Rooted. Embodied.
Through reflective guidance, nature-led wisdom, and gentle reconnection practices, No Limits Living supports you to:
This work is for those who feel the quiet pull to live more truthfully... to soften where they’ve hardened, strengthen where they’ve been worn down, and remember their inherent worth.
No Limits Living isn’t about pushing past limits.
It’s about releasing the ones that were never yours to carry.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers

People come to counselling for many different reasons, and often not because something dramatic has happened, but because something no longer feels right.
You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself. You might notice old patterns repeating in relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, or a sense that you’ve been living more for others than for yourself. Sometimes there is a clear reason, loss, change, trauma, anxiety, or burnout…and sometimes there is simply a quiet knowing that something inside needs attention.
Counselling offers a space to slow down and be met without judgement. A place where you don’t have to perform, cope, or explain yourself away. Together, we gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface helping you make sense of your experiences, understand your emotional responses, and reconnect with your own inner clarity.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people come because they want:
Counselling isn’t about being told what to do or who to be. It’s about being supported to listen to yourself more clearly, develop self-trust, and make choices that feel aligned with who you truly are.
Sometimes the bravest step isn’t pushing on…
it’s pausing and allowing yourself to be supported.
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
— Carl Jung
Hello, I'm Terri.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with many years’ experience supporting people through change, healing, and self-understanding.
Alongside my professional training, I bring a naturally intuitive, attuned way of working. I have a strong sensitivity to emotional undercurrents, often picking up on what is felt but not yet spoken, and I use this awareness gently, ethically, and with care. Always in service of helping others understand themselves, rather than being told who they are.
I’ve worked with children as a school counsellor, supporting emotional wellbeing, self-expression through Play and Art Therapy. This work deeply shaped my belief in the importance of safety, trust, and being truly listened to.
My approach is rooted in empowerment. I don’t believe in fixing people or giving answers. Instead, I work as a guide…creating a steady, supportive space where insight, clarity, and self-trust can emerge naturally. I support people to come to their own conclusions, reconnect with their inner knowing, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I’m currently completing further training in life coaching, which complements my therapeutic background by supporting forward movement, confidence, and purposeful change…always at a pace that respects the nervous system and honours lived experience.
Nature is a central part of both my life and my work. I draw on natural cycles, grounding practices, and the wisdom of the natural world as a way of supporting regulation, perspective, and reconnection. I believe nature reminds us of who we are…steady, cyclical, resilient, and whole.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief:
that people already carry the wisdom they need.
Sometimes they simply need space and support, to listen to it again.

A counselling session is a calm, confidential space where you are invited to be exactly as you are.
There’s no pressure to know what to say or where to begin. We start wherever feels right for you. You may want to talk about something specific, or you may simply arrive with a feeling, a question, or a sense that something needs attention.
Sessions move at your pace. I listen carefully, reflect what I’m hearing, and gently support exploration, helping you make sense of thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences as they arise. At times I may offer questions or observations to support insight, but you remain in control of what we explore and how deeply we go.
There is no fixing, analysing, or pushing. Instead, the focus is on understanding, awareness, and creating a sense of emotional safety and clarity. Over time, this can support greater self-trust, steadiness, and the confidence to move forward in ways that feel right for you.
You don’t need to prepare or perform.
You don’t need to have answers.
Just showing up…honestly and gently…is enough.
My one-to-one work offers a calm, confidential space where you can explore what’s unfolding for you at your own pace. Sessions are collaborative and non-directive, supporting insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust. I work with care, sensitivity, and respect for your boundaries, helping you reconnect with your inner voice and move forward in a way that feels grounded and authentic.
Online counselling offers the same calm, confidential, and supportive space…from the comfort of your own home.
Sessions take place via a secure video platform. You’re invited to settle somewhere private and comfortable, where you feel safe and uninterrupted. There’s no need to prepare anything in advance…you simply arrive as you are.
Just as in face-to-face work, we begin wherever feels right for you. You may want to talk about something specific, or you may arrive with a feeling, a sense of uncertainty, or not quite knowing what you need yet. All of that is welcome.
Sessions move at your pace. I listen carefully, reflect what I’m hearing, and gently support exploration, helping you make sense of thoughts, emotions, and patterns as they arise. You remain in control of what we explore and how deeply we go, with clear respect for your boundaries and consent at all times.
Online sessions can feel especially supportive if you value familiar surroundings, need flexibility, or feel more at ease opening up in your own space. Many people find that being at home allows them to settle more quickly and speak more freely.
There is no fixing, pushing, or pressure.
You don’t need to perform or have the right words.
You simply need a quiet space, a little time, and a willingness to be present with yourself.
Nature-based sessions invite the grounding, regulating presence of the natural world into the work. Drawing on natural cycles, sensory awareness, and the steady rhythms of nature, these sessions support nervous system regulation, perspective, and reconnection. Nature becomes a co-support… offering space, simplicity, and reminders of resilience, change, and belonging.
Whether one-to-one, on line, or in nature, my role remains the same:
to offer a steady, ethical, and compassionate presence, supporting autonomy, choice, and empowerment, while trusting your capacity to find your own way forward.

I am fully insured to practice counselling and psychotherapy, and I work in line with recognised professional standards. My work is supported by ongoing learning, reflective practice, and a strong commitment to safe, ethical care.
My approach is rooted in respect, autonomy, and emotional safety. I work with clear boundaries, informed consent, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I do not impose interpretations or direct outcomes, instead, I support people to explore, understand, and trust their own inner knowing.
Empowerment sits at the heart of my work. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, respected, and supported to move at their own pace. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and guided by what feels right for you.
I aim to keep my fees fair, transparent, and reflective of the care and professionalism offered within each session.
Details of current fees are available on request or via the booking page. If you have any questions around fees, session length, or availability, you’re very welcome to get in touch, I’m happy to talk things through.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My intention is to make this process as clear, respectful, and easeful as possible — from first contact to ongoing work together.
If you’re feeling drawn to reach out, you’re very welcome to do so in whatever way feels easiest for you.
There’s no pressure to know exactly what you want to say, and no expectation to commit to anything straight away. Whether you have a question, want to check availability, or simply want to make initial contact, you’re welcome to get in touch.
I aim to respond with care and clarity, and we can take things one step at a time.
